Service
ALL mind is an invite-only beta AI email assistant operated by A-LL Creative Technology. The current verified production capability focuses on Gmail context analysis and Gmail draft preparation.
Gmail access and drafts
ALL mind connects to Gmail only after user consent through Google OAuth. It uses Gmail read-only access to understand messages and threads, and Gmail compose access to create draft replies. ALL mind creates drafts only. It does not request Gmail send scope and does not send emails automatically.
User responsibility
Users remain responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, sending, or discarding any draft created by ALL mind. AI-generated draft text should be treated as a proposal, not final communication.
Email safety limits
- ALL mind never sends emails automatically.
- ALL mind never deletes emails.
- ALL mind never archives emails.
- ALL mind never marks emails as read.
- ALL mind does not modify Gmail labels.
- When confidence, permissions, or risk are unclear, ALL mind prefers review states instead of taking irreversible action.
Google Drive status
Google Drive is disabled for the current verification wave. ALL mind does not request Drive access, does not read Drive files, and does not move or modify Google Drive files in this wave.
Google account access
Google account access is granted by the user through Google OAuth. Users can revoke access from their Google Account permissions page. If access is revoked, related ALL mind features may stop working.
Acceptable use
Users must not use ALL mind for unlawful activity, unauthorized access to another person's mailbox, spam, phishing, harassment, or any use that violates Google policies or applicable law.
Limitations
ALL mind is provided during an early product phase and may contain errors, incomplete suggestions, or draft wording that needs correction.
